There is an establishment within
the Wash in the Everglades where wine and mead has been served for hundreds and hundreds of years to people who accidentally transited an exit into
the Wash and couldn't find their way back into
Earth Air. There are even members of Ponce de Leon's army, who were thought to have deserted, who actually believed they'd found the Fountain of Youth. In a way they were right, because life does not age within
the Wash as it does in
Earth Air, and people are very long-lived. Once the conquistadors understood that they were hopelessly lost, they resigned to their fate and, as any good Spaniard would do, built an inn and started making muscadine wine and harvesting honey for mead.
Over the many years since, the population of the inn has grown to well over a hundred, and though the exit is now well-known, nobody wants to leave.
