Modern-Day Mythica is a fantasy novel by Matt Mitchell set in modern times. It involves magic, dragons, werewolves, ghosts and other fantastic elements. These pages are intended to indulge the reader with a personal look into the lives and wonders of a universe that exists within our own, and yet realities away. The Tales From the Washlands series also take place in the Mythica Universe, to give a more complete impression of the nuances and details involved in the series. As more stories are published to this series, so too will these pages be modified to explore the added details.

To be in the right frame of mind for these stories you don't need to do anything at all. This mythology exists in the world around us, in present-day Earth, underlying the truths we all hold self-evident.
